Airbnb horror!

Airbnb is our go to accommodation for wherever we go in the world, it's a huge and growing website all across the globe. To this day, there are issues with it, there are issues with every single website, nothing is perfect in this world.
However, it has come to our attention of such a horrific story in regards to one particular host that lists their home in Amsterdam on the site. An Airbnb host actually pushes one of their guests down the stairs for being late to check out... We are so horrified to hear this story! After reading further into this story, the guests apologise to both the male and female host of this property and explain they need a couple of minutes to gather their belongings before they can depart. The hosts do not like this and the male host actually tries to drag them out by his own hands, the video in a link provided below shows the man saying "Out, out!" multiple times, before finally pushing her down the stairs. The girl thankfully is still alive, although the situation could have been tragically ten times worse, she was left at the bottom of the stairs laying down, motionless.
Luckily, an Airbnb official, David King, has stated his reactions to this horrendous story "Appalling and unconscionable behaviour against members of our community runs counter to everything Airbnb stands for. We will take the strongest actions we can against such abhorrent conduct, including banning people for life from our platform and assisting law enforcement with their investigation and potential prosecution. Nobody should ever be treated like this and it will not be tolerated."
So thankfully none of us will have to encounter this host ourselves and we pray that nothing similar to this ever happens again! Please however, do not let this story prevent you from using the website, just take note of it and take care of yourselves! There are both good and bad people out there, but as long as you're careful you don't have to worry about such horror stories.
