There was just two monuments left on our list to see whilst we are staying in Rome, that was the Pantheon and the Vittoriale palace. Both monuments were packed full of people around taking photos. Our first stop was the palace, it was such a beautiful building, all brightly lit up with its white stone exterior. The palace stands out magnificently against the surrounding old town ruins.

Our next stop today was the Pantheon, one of the best preserved buildings from Ancient Rome. It was first built between 118 - 128AD and is still standing to this day! Two Kings of Italy are buried within the Pantheon and this place has been used a holy site for 100's of years. This is definitely worth the visit, this whole area of Rome is particularly nice. At every turn you see beautiful Italian cafes and restaurants serving delicious smelling food, it really is a magical city.
