It's sadly our last day in Munich, so today before heading to our next destination Bern in Switzerland, we went to see the Nymphemburg Palace. There was a beautiful lake with ducks and swans, lovely grounds surrounding the palace and a nice walk around. I wouldn't say it's a must see attraction here, but if you do fancy a quiet and peaceful picnic, it would be a lovely place to come.

We spent an hour just wondering around and sitting by the lake, and we noticed that one of the ducks was actually giving birth, we saw it all, and the most amazing thing was the ducklings first swim, it's dad was protecting him from the larger birds around and helping him along the way as the mother rested.

But now we are off to Switzerland!
